Warranty Information

Each new electronic bicycle sold by Cardin Razza Bikes (“Cardin Razza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) comes with a Limited Warranty (as defined below) for the original retail purchaser. PROOF OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined in this document, Cardin Razza Bikes warrants the following:

  • Frame, Fork, and Electronics: These components will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
  • Battery: The battery is warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years or 500 charge cycles, whichever occurs first. The battery is guaranteed to maintain 70% or higher capacity within this period.

The Limited Warranty applies to defects that existed at the time of delivery and specifically covers the motor, controller, display, and sensors. Note: Over time, all rechargeable batteries experience a natural decrease in capacity due to charge and discharge cycles.

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, tires, chains, grips).
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage from water, power surges, or use of chargers not provided by Cardin Razza Bikes.
  • Damage caused by off-road riding, stunts, racing, or other uses inconsistent with the bike’s intended purpose.
  • Modifications or tampering with any components, including but not limited to the motor, battery, or electronics.
  • Damage caused by third-party parts or accessories.
  • Paint damage, rust, or environmental wear.
  • Commercial or rental use.

Voided Warranty: The warranty is void if:

  • The bike is used for purposes other than its intended use.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the bike.

3. Claim Process and Remedies

If you believe your bike has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase from Cardin Razza Bikes or an authorized dealer.
  • Contact us or the dealer where you purchased the bike within the applicable warranty period.

Inspection and Repair Process:

  • The bike must be shipped to a location designated by Cardin Razza Bikes. The purchaser is initially responsible for shipping costs, which will be reimbursed if the defect is covered under the warranty.
  • If the defect is covered, Cardin Razza Bikes will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to the purchaser.
  • If the defect is not covered, the purchaser is responsible for repair costs and return shipping.

4. Wear and Tear Components

Certain components naturally wear out over time and are not covered under this warranty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Brake pads and rotors
  • Drive chains or belts
  • Tires and grips
  • Gear cables and sprockets

Regular maintenance and inspection are required to ensure the safe operation of your bike. Replacement of these components due to normal wear is the responsibility of the owner.

5. Limits of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Cardin Razza Bikes. We disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Damages:
Cardin Razza Bikes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bike. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, business interruption, or replacement costs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this Limited Warranty must be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will take place in the state of California, and the substantive laws of California will govern the process.
