RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Modifications to Your Order

Once your order is finalized, we cannot make changes to the items, payment method, or shipping and billing addresses. However, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order so you can submit a corrected order. Please see the details below for further clarification.

Canceling Bike Orders

If you need to cancel a bike order, this must be done within 24 hours of purchase. You can cancel it without contacting customer support by following the provided instructions.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please reach out to our support team at info@cardinrazza.com for assistance. If the bike has already been shipped, you can request a recall or refuse delivery upon arrival; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Updating Address Information

We are unable to modify the shipping or billing address for accessory, apparel, or part orders once the order is confirmed. However, orders may be canceled within 24 hours to allow you to submit a new order with updated information.

Bike orders require a signature upon delivery and cannot have their address changed through the carrier. For address updates after shipment, contact info@cardinrazza.com. Rerouting fees may apply, and all changes are subject to approval.

Canceling Accessories, Apparel, or Parts Orders

To cancel these types of orders within 24 hours, simply follow the cancellation instructions provided. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact us at info@cardinrazza.com for support. Due to quick warehouse processing, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Preorders and Backorders

Storage Charges

If a bike delivery is missed, rescheduled after shipment, or postponed at your request, additional storage fees will apply before the delivery can be completed.


Returns and Refunds

Bike Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and cannot accept returns on bikes that have been used or opened. To initiate a return for an unopened item, you must provide photographic proof to info@cardinrazza.com within 15 days of delivery.

Approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and refunds will only be issued after inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Battery Returns

Battery sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are only available in cases covered by warranty and must be pre-approved by our support team.

Accessory, Apparel, and Part Returns

Returns for these items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders. Items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact (if applicable), and free of dirt or debris. If returned items cannot meet these standards, they will be sent back to you and deemed non-returnable.

Items purchased at showrooms or service centers cannot be returned online and must be brought back to the original purchase location.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If your payment method is no longer available, please consult with your financial institution for resolution. Processing times can take 7-10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

Refunds via Klarna

Refund times for Klarna payments vary, taking up to 14 days in some cases. Check your Klarna account and payment method for updates. If you still have concerns after 14 days, please contact Klarna for support.
